Ayodele Olawole is an astute banker with 32 years of practical experience.
He started his career at emmyryte resources ltd [research and consultancy firm] in 1992 before joining Ayorinde Thomas and company [chartered accountant] as an audit trainee in 1994. In 1996, he moved to the banking industry and joined the former chartered bank, where he worked in various capacities as bullion team lead, unit cash officer, and branch support team leader. He also worked at the central clearing department of the bank, where he later became the operations manager within the cash management division Bubbling with ideas, Olawole's brilliance attracted invitations as a chartered bank representative at cbn adhoc currency restructuring in 2005, which gave rise to the issuance of N1,000-denominated notes in 2005.
He was later appointed as the relationship manager of the Oba Akran branch, Stanbic IBTC Bank plc, during the period His job description included representing the bank at the Central Bank of Nigeria’s adhoc committee on currency restructuring, which gave him the edge in the banking industry.
In 2008, Olawole joined Emerald's microfinance bank ltd as head, accounts and finance, to prepare the bank's periodic management account, annual budget, schedules of periodic financial statements, treasury investments, monthly reconciliation statement of correspondence, and bank account with compliance with all statutory requirements, such as maintenance of capital adequacy and liquidity ratio Having performed excellently well, the company promoted him to the position of the Managing Director to exercise the executive stewardship of the bank's resources in conducting its business in compliance with legal, regulatory policies, and standards. Olawole’s trajectory in the banking sector had him joining the services of Asset Matrix MFB Limited in 2016 as Chief Operating Officer, a position he held until he was promoted to the position of Managing Director of the bank in 2021 He honourably resigned in 2024 to start his own business as the MD/CEO of Balm of Gilead Investment and Services Limited. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria [ACA], associate member of chartered Institute of Bankers [MCIB] and Nigeria Institute of management [MNIM]

Adegbayi Adewumi is an HND graduate in Business Administration from the Polytechnic Ibadan, known for her exemplary reputation in the banking industry. With over a decade of relevant experience.

She began her career at Briyth Covenant MFB Limited, where she worked as a Teller, Customer Care Representative, and Personal Assistant to the Managing Director from 2010 to 2013.

In 2017, She joined Asset Matrix MFB Limited, as the cashier and was promoted to the Head of Operation in 2019 due to her dedication to the bank's operations.

contributing to various departments—including Domestic Operations, Credit Administration, and eventually serves as Head of Recovery.
In December 2023, Adegbayi Adewumi embarked on a new chapter by establishing Balm of Gilead Investments and Services Limited. She is highly regarded for her exceptional customer service skills and deep industry expertise.



Ola Olu Ayodele, B.Sc, ACA

Ola Olu Ayodele is a distinguished accounting professional and graduate of the University of Lagos. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, as well as an accredited agent of the Corporate Affairs Commission.

He began his professional journey in 1992 with UBA Nti Ajuka and Co Chartered Accountants as a graduate trainee. In 1993, he joined Teco Stork Nigeria Limited, where he advanced to the role of Finance Administrator. By 2003, he had moved to Global Fleet Oil and Gas Limited, becoming the first Senior Manager in Finance.
In 2008, Mr. Ayodele was a key member of the technical team on a World Bank-sponsored project, which evaluated water projects across all the states of the federation.

In 2009, he joined Olawole Rosoku and Co Chartered Accountants as a consultant. He remained with the firm until 2022, at which point he began preparations for public practice by applying for his practicing license. His license was approved by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria in 2012, the same year he established his own firm, Ola Olu Ayodele and Co Chartered Accountants.
Throughout his career, Mr. Ayodele has participated in numerous trainings covering auditing, assurance, FRS reporting, and tax management—enhancing the firm’s expertise and relevance in its areas of specialization. He currently serves as the managing partner of Ola Olu Ayodele and Co Chartered Accountants.

He holds a master's degree in business administration from Manchester Business School, United Kingdom, further underscoring his commitment to academic and professional excellence in the field.
